The IEJ's mission is to collaborate with parents, guardians and other educational agents to promote the overall development of students in various aspects of citizenship:

The guiding principles of this institution and the goals to be established, in accordance with its strategic guidelines, are essentially related to its educational activities, seeking to ensure that each person and community develops harmoniously in all dimensions, aiming for student success through a dynamic approach to teaching and good practices.

The Juncal Educational Institute aims to be a benchmark in education, not only at regional level, but also at national level, providing excellent, high-quality education based on high standards of scientific and technical rigour and a relationship of trust between the school community and the surrounding environment, where the human factor is fundamental in complementing and supporting the teaching-learning process.
